Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange within 7 days of delivery if there is any issue with the parcel, such as:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing item in the parcel

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and product photos for verification.

Refund Policy

We offer refund requests within 7 days of delivery under the following process:

  1. Contact our support team and request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you must send the received product back to our warehouse within 7 days.

  3. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and verified by our team.

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after product inspection.
